Titan Rx -Turf Type Tall Fescue

Titan Rx will thrive in full sun areas but will also perform in the shade.  It is extremely heat and drought tolerant. This variety has an extensive rhizome system. The "rhizomes" can spread out to bare spots and send out new shoots and roots. These rhizomes acts as a repairing tool when your yard has bare or brown spots. Titan Rx Turf Type Fescue can be used by itself or with a blend like TLC Turf Type Fescue blend. 

New Lawn seeding rate:  7-10 LBS per 1,000 square feet

Over seeding rate: 4-6 LBS per 1,000 square feet
